HLS Journal

Its time to continue what has been done so far.

For those who don't know what a HLS is, its a Hook Line Sinker. At any rate I am attempting to use a series of them to create a chain adventure or campaign that can be adjusted and shaped by the GMs that use it. I didn't think that it was going to be so hard, but as it is, its tough. A challenge that I am up to.

I have now created several characters to start the story. Some loose ideas have formed in my head as to how the story goes but as for now its very sketchy. Its like the time I attempted to create new Nightbane stuff (thats still in the works) at any rate I couldn't finish the stuff because I couldn't get the story in my head. I guess stories are made by the people that started them. In other words the characters make the story. I just need to find some new characters to influence this story and the old ones that are floating in my head.

Back behind the screen.

Its been a while since I wrote my first entry. Last night was the first time in a while since we played. The game was good. My observation though of online gaming versus face-to-face is the flow. Online games it seems is slower more detailed then the fast pace of the face-to-face; that and the fact that theres no pizza on the side unless you order it yourself.

This makes me think of the work that I have been doing on the Blue Ice adventure. I hope that online work hasn't slowed me or distorted my way of playing. See the adventure is running starts 25 years after the original Blue Ice adventure. All the drugs were pushed under the rug and forgotten. People should of payed attention to the first fight between the freaks, especially the aftermath... (Man I know this is going to be good.)
